Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •There should be active pain in mandibular first and second molars without any periapical radiolucency.
- •Patients with no history of trauma to involved tooth.
- •Patients with vital coronal pulp.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients with periapical pathology.
- •Retreatment cases.
- •Cases with non vital pulp.
- •Pregnancy or lactating patients.
- •Diabetic patients.
- •Those with allergy to LA or sulphur drugs.
- •Patients under neurologic or psychiatric treatment
