Inclusion Criteria

Patients scheduled for total knee arthroplasty at King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital
ASA class 1 to 3
Body mass index (BMI )between 18 to 40 kg/m2

Exclusion Criteria

1. refuse to participate this study
2. unable to cooperate or cognitive impairment
3. allergy to any drug in this study
4. contraindication to neuraxial anesthesia
5. contraindication to NSAIDs Ketorolac and Celebrex
6. chronic opioids use or diagnosed of neuropathic pain
7. unable to performed Time up and go test
8. undergo bilateral knee arthroplasty in the same operation
