简要总结
Boxing is a game which requires high level of physical fitness and skills. Neuromuscular training and plyometric training have its own advantages and potential for improving physical attributes, sports specific abilities of players and reduce injury risk. There are many studies that have shown different effects on neuromuscular training and plyometric training separately. No studies have addressed the combined effects of neuromuscular exercises and plyometric program on improving physical fitness variables of boxing players such as balance, coordination, upper limb strength and lower limb strength. This research will help to design an adequate training regime to enhance the accuracy of boxing players.
