1. Adult patients of either sex and Age 18-65 years
2. Non restorable mandibular molar teeth requiring extraction
3. Patients with good oral hygiene
4. Presence of adequate amount of bone after extraction
1. Presence of uncontrolled systemic or local diseases or tumors preventing dental implants.
2. Patients having bleeding disorders
3. The need for additional bone augmentation
4. Patients with deleterious habits such as smoking
5. Pregnant female
6. Presence of pus locally or extensive bone loss
7. Patients having allergy to any of materials used during procedure
8. Patients under medications that interfere with bone metabolism and gingival health
9. Patients taking calcium or vitamin D3 therapy from past 3 months.
