Patients admitted to Shahid Beheshti Kashan hospital for elective thoracotomy aged 18-80 years
Excluding criteria:The amide type local anesthetic allergy? sensitivity or contraindicated use of NSAID? depresion&other psychotic disorders? alcoholism? mental retard patients? patients with coagulopathy
