1. Subjects of stage 2 (SBP -160 mmHg -179 mmHg or DBP -100 mmHg -109 mmHg) essential hypertension
Subjects on prescribed treatment of antihypertensive medicine
2. Subjects having sedentary lifestyle ( < 3000 steps/day)
3. Subjects, having smart phone with pedometer step count application
1. Patients with Nephropathy (proteinuria)
2. Patients with cardiovascular disease (Coronary artery disease,
Peripheral arterial disease, stroke)
3. Heavy alcoholics
4. Patients with history of habitual smoking
5. Pregnant or lactating women
