Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Subjects of stage 2 (SBP \-160 mmHg \-179 mmHg or DBP \-100 mmHg \-109 mmHg) essential hypertension
  • •Subjects on prescribed treatment of antihypertensive medicine
  • •2\. Subjects having sedentary lifestyle ( \< 3000 steps/day)
  • •3\. Subjects, having smart phone with pedometer step count application

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Patients with Nephropathy (proteinuria)
  • •2\. Patients with cardiovascular disease (Coronary artery disease,
  • •Peripheral arterial disease, stroke)
  • •3\. Heavy alcoholics
  • •4\. Patients with history of habitual smoking
  • •5\. Pregnant or lactating women
