Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Subjects of stage 2 (SBP \-160 mmHg \-179 mmHg or DBP \-100 mmHg \-109 mmHg) essential hypertension
- •Subjects on prescribed treatment of antihypertensive medicine
- •2\. Subjects having sedentary lifestyle ( \< 3000 steps/day)
- •3\. Subjects, having smart phone with pedometer step count application
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients with Nephropathy (proteinuria)
- •2\. Patients with cardiovascular disease (Coronary artery disease, Peripheral arterial disease, stroke)
- •3\. Heavy alcoholics
- •4\. Patients with history of habitual smoking
- •5\. Pregnant or lactating women
