- •1. Subjects of stage 2 (SBP -160 mmHg -179 mmHg or DBP -100 mmHg -109 mmHg) essential hypertension
- •Subjects on prescribed treatment of antihypertensive medicine
- •2. Subjects having sedentary lifestyle ( < 3000 steps/day)
- •3. Subjects, having smart phone with pedometer step count application

- •1. Patients with Nephropathy (proteinuria)
- •2. Patients with cardiovascular disease (Coronary artery disease, Peripheral arterial disease, stroke)
- •3. Heavy alcoholics
- •4. Patients with history of habitual smoking
- •5. Pregnant or lactating women
