入选标准
- •Lumbar stenosis between L2-S1 level in Degenerative Group. Diagnosis by
- •1. History of radiculopathic pain , muscle weakness , Back pain with Failed conservative Treatment or Progressive neuro deficit
- •2. Physical examination were detected weakness of key motor muscle and decrease sensation test (dermatome)
- •3. MRI LS spine was detected Stenosis of Lumbar spine level
排除标准
- •1.Tuberculosis/Bacterial Spine infection , Trauma and spine metastasis
- •2.Patient with upper Gastrointestinal bleeding
- •3. Renal insufficiency (GFR < 30 ml/min/1.73m2) , Liver cirrhosis
- •4. Poor controlled Diabetes mellitus
- •5. allergic to Glucocorticoids drug
- •6. intake some Glucocorticoids drug (IV ,IM , Oral) in 1 month before surgery
- •7. Recent systemic infection
- •8. Refuse to participate in research
