入选标准
- •Adult patients (Age >18 years) of ASA Class I, II, III undergoing forearm and hand surgery under ultrasound guided axillary plexus block and willing to participate in the study.
排除标准
- •Patient refusal
- •Local skin infection at block site
- •Patients with difficulty to express pain scores
- •Pregnant patients.
- •Patient who had undergone Modified radical mastectomy with axillary LN dissection
- •Patients on beta blockers
- •Patients with base line HR < 55/min
- •Patients with conduction block
- •Allergy to ropivacaine
