入排标准
入选标准
- •1. Children admitted in the PICU and requiring airway stabilization and mechanical ventilation.
- •2. Duration of intubation more than 24 hours and not exceeding 14 days.
排除标准
- •1). Vocal cord anomalies and other anatomic abnormalities of the upper airways beforeintubation
- •2). Previous use of corticosteroids during hospitalization within the past 7 days.
- •3). Clinical contraindication for the use of corticosteroids.
- •4).Surgical trauma to the upper airway.
- •5).A history of previous upper airway obstruction
- •( subglottic stenosis)
- •6). Patients with pseudobulbarpalsy
- •7). Spontaneous extubation
