ACUTE CHOLECYSTITIS, ACUTE PANCREATITIS, ACUTE CHOLANGITIS
COAGULATION AND BLEEDING DISORDERS
PREVIOUS OPEN ABDOMINAL SURGERY
CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASE AND CIRCULATORY INSTABILITY

Name Time Method To compare intraoperative hemodynamic changes mainly bradycardia and hypotension of spinal anaesthesia with general anaesthesia for laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Timepoint: Values recorded at baseline, after spinal/intubation, before gas insufflation, at maximum insufflation ,After insufflation ,During gall bladder handling, end of surgery and immediate post operative period.
