Inclusion Criteria
1. Age over 18 years at time of index diagnosis.
2. Newly-diagnosed diffuse glioma (grade II-IV) being treated or previously treated with RT+TMZ who develop or have developed significant hematologic toxicity defined as >=grade II thrombocytopenia and >=grade III neutropenia) as per CTCAE criteria v5.0
3. Written informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
1. Recurrent/progressive glioma treated with salvage systemic therapies
2. Patient with a previous history of severe myelosuppression due to other cause
