Exclusion Criteria

History of rhinoplasty surgery.
Presence of septal perforation.
History of chronic diseases involving cartilage such as Marfan syndrome

Deviation of the nasal septum. Timepoint: Before surgery and 6 months after surgery. Method of measurement: Measuring the deviation angles of the nasal septum through the photos of the patient before and after surgery with Photoshop software.
