1)Patients with any mild ( <1cm) to moderate (1-2cm) odontogenic pathology including cyst or tumor.
2)Patients with the bony defects requiring augmentation procedures for dental implant procedures.
3)Patients with alveolar bone defects requiring grafting in cleft lip and palate .
4)Patient medically fit for general or local anesthesia.
1)Patients with systemic disease contraindicating any invasive procedures.
2)Patients with root pieces and absent third molars.
3)Patients with endodontically treated teeth.
4)Patients with frank infection.
