以淮海地区汉族人群为研究对象,研究 KCNQ1,NOS1AP, TCF7L2,PPAR-δ, MTNR1B 基因多态性与 2 型糖尿病相关性及其对瑞格列奈和那格列奈药物疗效的影响,为以基因为导向的个体化治疗提供依据。

Inclusion Criteria

  • 糖尿病的诊断标准依据 1997 年美国糖尿病协会 DM 诊断标准: 空腹血糖( FPG) ≥7.0 mmol/L 或餐后血糖( PPG) ≥11.1 mmol/L。

Exclusion Criteria

  • 根据病史和家族史排除 1 型糖尿病、继发性糖尿病、妊娠糖尿病、严重肝肾疾病。

正常对照组

2 型糖尿病组

给予那格列奈或者瑞格列奈控制血糖
