Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients of either sex above 18 years posted for any planned major surgery who is likely to receive blood transfusion perioperatively and ready to give consent for measuring post operatively Hb
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients posted for emergency surgery 2\.Peadiatric patients. 3\.Pregant patients 4\.Patients receiving massive blood transfusion
