- •The anaesthesiologists (faculty and post graduate residents) in department at GSMC \& KEMH who give consent for the study.
- •Blood transfusion given intraoperatively in elective surgeries.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Anaesthesiologists who refuse consent for the study.
