Inclusion Criteria

1.Patients that wish to undergo mandibular tooth extractions

2.Patients who fall in the age group of 18-60 years

3.Patients who do not give subjective symptoms after administration of local anesthetic solution

Exclusion Criteria

1.Patients taking any medications that would alter pain perception

2.Patients who are medically compromised or those with systemic illnesses

3.Pregnant or lactating women

4.Patients who have contraindications for lignocaine with adrenaline administration
