1.Thai postmenopausal women age 45 - 60 years
2.Natural menopause at least 1 year
3.Serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D < 20 ng/ml
4.Women who are willing to participate in the study
1. Women who used vitamin D contained medicine within 12 weeks
2.Women with history of neurological diseases
3.Women with history of liver disease or having abnormal liver function test
4.Women with history of renal disease or having abnormal renal function test
5.Women with history of hyperparathyroidism disorder
6.Women with history of uncorrected visual impairment
7.Women with history of musculoskeletal disease
8.Women who used of some medication such bisphosphonate, estrogen, fluoride, tamoxifen and calcitonin
