Name Time Method Sustainable employability (burn-out complaints, work engagement and job satisfaction) is measured using the following questionnaires at baseline, 8 months, 14 months and 23 months:<br>1. Burnout measured using the Burnout Assessment Tool (BAT) <br>2. Work engagement measured using the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES-9)<br>3. Job satisfaction measured using the Leiden Quality of Work Questionnaire - medical doctor version (LQWQ)
