Inclusion Criteria
The Inclusion criteria were :
- patients aged > 15 yrs and whom had a known or presumed infection, two or more criteria of the systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS) .
- patients who had the central venous catheter insertion and had ScvO2 monitoring within 24 hours .
Exclusion Criteria
Exclusion criteria were :
- patient charts cant be collected .
- patients who did not measurements of ScvO2

Name Time Method hospital length of stay of patients with sepsis 2 years direct measure by screening charts of all patients in sepsis and fulfilling inclusion criteria.
