Inclusion Criteria
children with acute respiratory symptoms
first symptom within the last 14 days
children with radiologically confirmed pneumonia as per who guidelines
Exclusion Criteria
children with acute aspiration
children with positive hiv status
history of steroid within the last months
cildren with cardiac disease
