Inclusion Criteria
Thin endometrium, oligomenorrhea, amenorrhea, low ovarian reserve, premature ovarian failure
Exclusion Criteria
Pregnancy,Diagnosis of cancer,Hb <8 g/dl, platelets <150,000/mm3,Anticoagulation therapy,Any contraindication to laparoscopic surgery and/or general anesthesia,Medical conditions that are contraindicated in pregnancy,Any significant co-morbidity or psychiatric disorder

Name Time Method To measure the change in endometrial lining thickness,To measure blood flow to zone 3 of endometrium,To determine improvement in ovarian intra stromal blood flow,To assess improvement in FSH levels toward normal ranges <br/ ><br>Timepoint: Measurements will be done at day 15 and 30 of PRP instillation. Follow up measurement at 3 months. <br/ ><br>
