Patients with thin endometrium ( <6 mm) refractory to standard treatment by estrogen-
1. on the day of ovulation trigger in previous fresh Embryo transfer (ET) cycle, OR
2. at the end of estrogen priming in previous frozen embryo transfer (FET) cycle, OR
3. on day of ovulation trigger in previous IUI cycles, OR.
4. on baseline scans (mock cycles), despite standard estrogen supplementation (6-12 mg/day) for 12 days
5. Willing to participate in the study
1. Hematologic disorders, hemoglobin level of <11.0 g/dL or platelet count of <150,000/μl
2. Auto-immune disease
3. Evidence of genital tuberculosis
4. Any factor that compromises implantation, other than endometrium,e.g. Hydrosalpinx (unclipped), Adenomyosis
5. Refusal to participate
