1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for abdominal obesity (BMI 28-39.9kg/m^2, waist circumference>=80cm );
2. Females with right handedness aged between 18-40 years (including 18 and 40 years old);
3. Have a certain writing and reading ability to understand the entire process of research;
4. Signed informed consent forms;
5. No other trials were taken within three months.
1. Secondary obesity, such as: obesity caused by endocrine diseases (Cushing's syndrome, thyroid disease, hypothalamus, pituitary disease, gonadal disease, etc.) or drug treatment (glucocorticoids, antipsychotics);
2. Pregnant and lactating patients, those who have reproductive requirements within the past 6 months or who cannot adequately contraceptive;
3. Combined with mental and intellectual disorders, cardiovascular disease, liver and kidney dysfunction, immune deficiency, diabetes, and blood diseases;
4. Those with contraindications to magnetic resonance scanning, such as non-removable metal dentures, claustrophobia syndrome, etc.;
5. Have a history of surgical treatment of obesity;
6. Patients with long-term dysmenorrhea;
7. Those who have a tendency to bleed, are allergic to alcohol and animal protein and cannot bury the thread.
