1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of Chinese and Western medicine for this disease, and the TCM syndrome type is wind-cold attacking collaterals; H-B grade III-VI.
2. Those whose disease course was within 3 days at the first visit;
3. Those who are between 18 and 65 years old and have not undergone any treatment other than this study;
4. Meet the requirements of magnetic resonance inspection;
5. Right-handed patients;
6. Understand and voluntarily participate in this trial, and sign an informed consent form.
1. Although there is peripheral facial paralysis, it is a symptom of other diseases, such as cerebellopontine angle tumors, brainstem lesions, trauma, Guillain-Barre syndrome, and Hunter syndrome;
2. Patients with severe cardio-cerebrovascular, liver and kidney, hematopoietic system and other primary diseases, as well as diabetes, malignant tumors, and mental illness;
3. Pregnant or lactating women;
4. Those who have obvious symptoms of facial skin infection at this stage;
5. Porcelain teeth, metal implants in the head and neck, tumors, claustrophobia, and pacemaker wearers.
