入选标准
- •1. ASA class 1 and 2 pregnant women
- •2. Gestation age >36 weeks
- •3. Singleton gestation
- •4. Scheduled for elective caesarean section under spinal anaesthesia
排除标准
- •1. Patient refusal
- •2. ASA class 3 and 4
- •3. Pregnant women in labor
- •4. Body Mass Index >40kg/metre square
- •5. Type-1 Diabetes Mellitus
- •6. Pre-existing or pregnancy induced hypertension
- •7. Cardiac or cerebrovascular disease
- •8. Fetus with severe congenital anomaly/ intra-uterine growth retardation
- •9. History of monoamine oxidase inhibitor use
- •10. Allergy to phenylephrine
