1) Right-handed adult patients above 19-year old who were admitted to Chungnam National University Hospital with a stroke within 7 days after onset; 2) In case of stroke with the diagnosis of Neurology or Neurosurgery (confirmed by CT or MRI); 3) The patients with mild and moderate cognitive decline that the score of Korean-mini mental state examination (K-MMSE) at the 7th day after stroke was 11 ~ 26 points; 4) Agreed to participate in our project.
? history of transient ischemic attack or previous stroke with definite clinical symptoms
? Patients with subcortical ischemic vascular disease and infarction of pons or cerebellum by imaging .
? In the case of a serious neurology disorder accompanied with major psychiatric disorders such as major depressive disorder, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and dementia.
