History of low back pain with unilateral lumbosacral radicular pain of at least 3 months duration not responding to medications and physical therapies. Radicular pain was defined as sharp, shooting or lanceting pain perceived in skin and deep dermatomal level

Surgery on lumbar spine
Spinal canal stenosis
Facet joint arthropathy
Allergic to contrast or steroid
Bleeding diathesis
Patient who received lumbar epidural steroid injection in past three months using systemic steroid for pain relief.
Pregnant patient.
