Inclusion Criteria

1. ESRD on hemodialysis at King Chulalongkorn memorial hospital at least 1 year.
2. Age between 18-80 years.
3. Residual renal function less than 100 ml/day.
4. Vascular access flow more than 400 ml/min.
5. On regular HDF 3 times/week and Kt/V more than 1.2.
6. NO intradialytic hypotension at lease 2 weeks before enrollment.

Exclusion Criteria

1. Active infection, malignancy or cardiovascular disease.
2. Pregnancy
3. Contraindication for anticoagulant.
