Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Diagnosed transfusion dependent thalassemia
- •Diagnosed sarcopenia according to criteria of Asian working group on sarcopenia 2019
- •Age \>\= 18 years
- •New York Heart Association (NYHA) functional class I
Exclusion Criteria
- •not willing to or unable to complete the project for the full 6 month period
- •co\-morbidites with heart , lung , liver , kidney disease which is not suitable to receive dietary supplementation and resistance exercise program
