1.American society of Anesthesiologist (ASA) physical status 1 and 2
2.Patients scheduled for short elective surgery under general anesthesia
1.Patients with anticipated difficulty airway.
2.Patients with upper respiratory tract infection.
3.Patients with increased risk of regurgitation and aspiration of gastric content.
4.Patients with body mass index >30kgm�² .
5.Patients with history of radiotherapy to neck involving the hypopharynx.
6.Patients who have undergone surgeries or have pathology involving neck and oral cavity.
7.Pregnant patients.
