Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) ASA I or II
- •2\) Age 18 yrs. \- 70 yrs.
- •3\) BMI \<35
- •4\) Female gender
- •5\) Breast Cancer
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) Patient Refusal
- •2\) Hypersensitivity to study drugs
- •3\) Haemodynamically unstable patients
- •4\) Chest wall deformity
- •5\) Coagulopathy, receiving anticoagulant
- •6\) Local infections at the site of block
- •7\) Uncontrolled Hypertension and Diabetes
- •8\) Pregnancy
- •9\) Cardiac Disease
- •10\) Previous breast surgery
