Inclusion Criteria
* Patient >=18 years of age
* Patient planned for clinically-indicated coronary vasoreactivity testing
because of anginal complaints and nonobstructive coronary artery disease
* Able and willing to provide informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
* Patients with an estimated glomurar filtration rate of <30ml/min
* Patients with a known left ventricular ejection fraction <35%
* Active pregnancy
* Contrast allergy

Name Time Method <p>Patients will be categorized as negative or positive for endothelial<br /><br>independent microvascular dysfunction based on the thermodilution measurements.<br /><br>Microvascular dysfunction is defined as an abnormal CFR and/or IMR. The primary<br /><br>study parameter will be the diagnostic accuracy of image derived IMR and CFR<br /><br>for endothelial independent microvascular dysfunction based on thermodilution<br /><br>measurements. </p><br>
