diagnosis of schizophrenia and major depressive and bipolar disorders by psychiatrist according DSM-IV criteria, Having literacy and having enough vision
Exclusion criteria: History of alcohol and drug abuse, received ECT during the previous year, other physical illness or psychiatric diagnosis
