Inclusion criteria included the following: women age < 45 years at the beginning of the ovarian stimulation cycle, BMI<35 kg/m2, transferred at least one of good quality embryo by morphologic grading criteria following Istanbul Consensus Workshop; Grade 1-2 of day 3-embryo, Grade 1-2 of day 4-embryo, Grade 2-4 of day5-embryo with ICM grade 1-2 and TE grade 1-2.
Exclusion criteria included the following: structural intrauterine cavity distortion, leiomyoma FIGO subclassification 3, adenomyosis, recurrent pregnancy loss, recurrent implantation failure, received uterine relaxant drugs, difficult embryo transfer.
