Inclusion Criteria

Medical students aged between 18 and 45 will be included in the sample in any period of training. All participants must sign the Free and Informed Consent Form – TCLE

Exclusion Criteria

Having participated in some interpersonal communication training or similar, individuals who attended less than 75% of the interventions during the study.

It is expected to find an increase in the percentage of oxytocin in the intervention group with an average of more than seven points verified by the oxytocin ELISA test after the intervention period;It is expected to find an increase in Empathy in the intervention group verified by the average responses in the Empathy Inventory protocol
