Inclusion Criteria
Age 13-16 years
Dysfunctional emotion regulation (e.g. patients with disorder in the depressive spectrum or borderline personality disorder)
At least one non-suicide self-harm in the last year
Exclusion Criteria
No emotion dysregulation

Name Time Method Pre-post-comparison regarding the following questions, measured with the help of targeted quesitonnaires as well as EEG:<br><br>(1) Does repeated training of the self-regulation ability of slow potentials (neurofeedback) lead to a change in executive functions?<br>(2) Does repeated training of the self-regulation ability of slow potentials (neurofeedback) lead to a change in emotional competence?<br>(3) Does repeated training of the self-regulation ability of slow potentials (neurofeedback) lead to a change in the frequency of occurrence of non-suicidal self-injurious behaviors?<br>(4) Does repeated training of the self-regulation ability of slow potentials (neurofeedback) lead to a change in the severity of symptoms in the presence of bipolar disorder?<br>(5) Does repeated training of the self-regulation ability of slow potentials (neurofeedback) lead to a change in the severity of symptoms in the presence of depression?
