简要总结

The studies documented the benefits on the agility with plyometric training among badminton players. It has been shown that dynamic balance is needed apart from the agility to have better performance in the game. However, as per my knowledge, there is no study who found the impact of plyometric exercises along with domain specific coordination training for dynamic balance and agility among badminton players.  If this intervention worked to improve the performance among amateur badminton players, can be used to the players competing at the national and international level, to have better performance with minimal chances of injury of badminton players.
