Players frequently suffer injuries during routine training. Considering that badminton doesn’t seem to be a contact sport, most illnesses are brought on by excessive usage. A range of rapid yet repetitive shoulder motions must be performed by the participant; with time, repetitive motions cause strain primarily on tissues, increasing the risk of injury. For the greatest results and performance, players therefore need a respectable level of upper extremity muscular strength, endurance, and power; nonetheless, few studies have been conducted that concentrate on these three factors.
In order to lower the danger of accidents and overuse, our study will ascertain whether our regimens are successful in enhancing their upper extremity’s power, strength, and endurance.
• By using a better training regimen, badminton players may be able to improve their performance according to this research.
• This study might assist coaches and therapists in developing an exercise regimen that meets the demands of badminton players.
• This study might lower badminton players’ risk of injury.

- •Amateur badminton players Individuals understanding english, hindi, gujarati Individuals who have no restriction on physical exertion Individuals willing to sign consent form.
排除标准
- •Cardiopulmonary and vascular conditions Neuromuscular, neurological or musculoskeletal conditions Individuals with a history of upper limb, lower limb or spinal surgeries within the last 6 months Individuals involved in any other study within the past one year.
