Inclusion Criteria

worked more than half a year and were assigned on a fixed shift (day, night, and evening shift) for more than 2 months.

Exclusion Criteria

Participants who had a history of alcohol abuse, smoking, pregnancy or lactation, supplement use in the previous month, chronic hepatitis B, chronic diseases such as diabetes mellitus, coronary heart disease, chronic respiratory inflammation, rheumatoid arthritis, systemic or local infection, liver cirrhosis or renal disease, and malignancy were excluded.
