Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.age more than 60 year
- •2\.diagnosed with diabetes mellitus
- •3\.both male and female will be included
- •4\.subjects willingness to participate.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.recent lower limb injuries or fractures
- •2\.hypotension SBP \<90 mmHg,DBP \<60 mmHg
- •3\.recent angina/MI
- •5\.visual or hearing difficulties
- •6\.uncontrolled hypertension DBP \>100 mmHg
- •7\.recent major surgery within 6 weeks
- •8\. uncontrolled diabetes
