Stopwatch Method for speed, t test for agility, vertical jump Test. Measurement will be done before commencement of intervention, after 8 weeks.

Study Overview

Brief Summary

Volleyball is an international sport which is also included in the Olympic games. Indian Team should be well prepared to present itself in such esteemed games and win. Speed, Agility are most vital components in the game of volleyball. So to find out methods to improve these components and remove unneccesary training which does not contribute in the game, this study is being conducted.

Inclusion Criteria

  • No surgical history, no medical conditions and BMI in normal range.

Exclusion Criteria

  • Female athletes, BMI More and less than normal BMI, irregular practice.

Outcomes

Primary Outcomes

Stopwatch Method for speed, t test for agility, vertical jump Test. Measurement will be done before commencement of intervention, after 8 weeks.
