Inclusion Criteria

Thrice weekly chronic hemodialysis more than 3 months
Hemodialysis via arteriovenous fistula or graft
Adequate hemodialysis define as spKt/V > 1.2 per session

Exclusion Criteria

Pregnancy
Vascular access dysfunction
Advanced staged of cancer
Advanced staged of cardiovascular disease
Life expectancy less than 1 year
Previous severe infection and/or hospitalization within 3 months
Previous history of severe anaphylaxis from dialyzer reaction
Currently recieved immunosuppressive drug
Currently received online hemodiafiltration
