Inclusion Criteria
Clinicians: 1. member of rehabilitation team for one year, 2. active participation in interprofessional practice, 3. age >18 years, 4. sufficient German language skills
Patients: 1. involvement in inpatient rehabilitation in final third of stay, in care of an intervention team, 2. age: 60 to 90 years, 3. sufficient language skills in the languages of patient questionnaires (German + 5 other languages), no cognitive impairments, existence of written consent

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Pre-Post evaluation with questionnair and interviews regariding culture sensible attitude and communication in the team, with patients and their relatives. Pre-evaluation 2 weeks before training, post-evaluation 2 weeks after training, catamnesis 3 month after training.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method participant (rehabilitation team members) satisfaction with training. Measurement by questionaire (e.g. Client-Centred Rehabilitation Questionnaire, Cott et al., 2008), and interviews with participants immediatly after the training.
