- •cases -all children and adolescents aged less than 18 years diagnosed with type 1 diabetes mellitus with more than 2 year duration
- •controls-age matched non diabetic children and adolescents suffering from minor illness, attending paediatric department
排除标准
- •subjects with syndromic diabetes mellitus
- •subjects with neonatal diabetes mellitus
- •subjects with diabetic ketoacidosis
- •subjects with co existing renal disorders
- •subjects with acute kidney injury
