入选标准
- •BMI in the range from 27.5 to 35 kg/m^2
- •- No subjective symptoms during physical exercise
- •- stable weight and nutritional behaviour
- •- no previous regular sporting activity >60min/week
- •- no contraindications against physical exercise according to ACSM guidelines
- •- no contraindications against additional nutrition or ergogenic supplements
排除标准
- •- Contraindications against sports programme (criteria according to ACSM 2009)
- •- malignant disease in the past 5 years
- •- Incompatibility/dislike of animal protein.
- •- Inability to participate in the activity programme due to a disease (e.g. chronic illness) heart disease, arrhythmia, heart valve disease, arthritis etc.)
- •- Arterial hypertension (RRsyst > 200 mmHg and/or RRdiast > 105 mmHg) at rest
- •- Presence of insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (IDDM)
- •- Liver and/or kidney disease, which excludes a high protein load
