Inclusion Criteria:
Male gender
Age: 18-40 years
BMI: 18.9-29.9 kg/m²
Previous athletic activity of < 60-120min/week
Exclusion Criteria
Exclusion Criteria:
Contraindications to exercise according to ACSM guidelines.
Contraindications to supplemental nutrition or ergogenic supplements
Anamnetic evidence of cardiovascular disease
Acute or chronic injuries of the lower extremities (esp. pre-existing achillodynia)

Name Time Method Change in tendon morphology after the 14-week training phase and intake of collagen peptides compared to placebo.

Name Time Method Change in the mechanical properties of the patellar tendon. Change in the maximum force capacity of the knee extensor muscles, change in the morphology of the thigh muscles.
