- •Male gender
- •Age: 18-40 years
- •BMI: 18.9-29.9 kg/m²
- •Previous athletic activity of < 60-120min/week
排除标准
- •Exclusion Criteria:
- •Contraindications to exercise according to ACSM guidelines.
- •Contraindications to supplemental nutrition or ergogenic supplements
- •Anamnetic evidence of cardiovascular disease
- •Acute or chronic injuries of the lower extremities (esp. pre-existing achillodynia)
