Inclusion Criteria
a) Age >18 Years
b) ASA Physical status I and II
c) Elective non cardiothoracic surgeries
d) Surgeries requiring General Anaesthesia with endotracheal intubation
e) Surgery lasting for more than one hour
Exclusion Criteria
a) Patients with pre-existing lung diseases
b) BMI > 30 Kg/m2
c) Surgery lasting for more than 6 hours
