1)A male subject to transurethral cystectomy under general anesthesia after being hospitalized for a tumor in the bladder among patients suspected of having bladder cancer through radiological examinations such as computed tomography and ultrasound and examinations such as cystoscopy
2)Those who are 18 years of age or older at the time of writing the consent form.
3)Those who can read and understand the consent form and have a willingness to participate in the study.
1. Those who refused to participate in this study
2. Those who have difficulty understanding the consent form due to suspected cognitive impairment
3. Persons with a history of kidney transplant or urinary tract diversion
4. Those with a history of trauma to the pelvis or urinary tract
5. A drug or alcohol addict
6. Those who have received clinical trial drugs within 3 months before screening
7. Test laboratory staff and their families directly involved in the conduct of the test
8. Patients who need continuous pain medication administration for reasons other than transurethral cystectomy during the postoperative urinary catheterization period
9. Person with psychiatric disorder
10. In case bacteriuria of 10^5 or more is observed in the preoperative examination
